SCHEDULE 1 British Coal Corporation: Consequential Amendments

The [1967 c. 91.] Coal Industry Act 1967

16 In section 4 of the Coal Industry Act 1967—

(a) for the word “Board” where it first occurs there shall be substituted the words “British Coal Corporation”;

(b) for the word “Board” in the second and third place where it occurs and the word “Board's” there shall be substituted respectively the words “Corporation” and “Corporation's”.
