In paragraph 11 of Schedule 1 to the M1Trustee Savings Banks Act 1985—
a
sub-paragraph (3) shall be omitted; and
b
in sub-paragraph (4) for the words “a licensed institution for the purposes of the Banking Act 1979” there shall be substituted the words “
an institution authorised under the Banking Act 1987
”
