In the definition of “authorised bank” in Article 2(2) of the Credit Unions (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 for sub-paragraph (a) there shall be substituted—
a
an institution authorised under the Banking Act 1987 or a municipal bank within the meaning of that Act;
