An appeal to the Inner House of the Court of Session may be made against any decision of a Lord Ordinary or a sheriff principal underF4section 77(1), section 79(5) or section 80(1), (2), F5(3A), (3B), (4), (4A), (6), (6A) or (8)(b) of this Act

The decision of the Inner House on an appeal under subsection (1) shall be final.
