PART VII MISCELLANEOUS AND GENERAL
108 Minor and consequential amendments, transitional provisions and repeals.
(1)
The amendments specified in Schedule 6 to this Act, being minor amendments or amendments consequential on the provisions of this Act, shall have effect.
(2)
The transitional provisions contained in Schedule 7 to this Act shall have effect.
(3)
The enactments mentioned in columns 1 and 2 of Schedule 8 to this Act are repealed to the extent specified in column 3 thereof.
