ChangeId="key-5a7a71264479683f73daa22bd59a2d89-1775126398178" CommentaryRef="key-5a7a71264479683f73daa22bd59a2d89">” means presumed by A;</Addition></Text></Para></ListItem><ListItem><Para><Text><Addition ChangeId="key-5a7a71264479683f73daa22bd59a2d89-1775126398178" CommentaryRef="key-5a7a71264479683f73daa22bd59a2d89">“</Addition><Term><Addition ChangeId="key-5a7a71264479683f73daa22bd59a2d89-1775126398178" CommentaryRef="key-5a7a71264479683f73daa22bd59a2d89">the relevant person</Addition></Term><Addition ChangeId="key-5a7a71264479683f73daa22bd59a2d89-1775126398178" CommentaryRef="key-5a7a71264479683f73daa22bd59a2d89">” means the person to whom A intended to cause harassment, alarm or distress.</Addition></Text></Para></ListItem></UnorderedList></P2para></P2><P2 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1986/64/section/4B/3" CommentaryRef="key-5a7a71264479683f73daa22bd59a2d89">A carried out the conduct referred to in section 4A(1) for the purposes of sexual gratification.</Addition></Text></P3para></P3></P2para></P2><P2 section, the jury find the person not guilty of the offence charged, they may find the person guilty of the offence in section
