In sections 80(1)(a) and 81(1)(a), (3)(b) and (4)(b) of the [1984 c. 55.] Building Act 1984 (service of notices in respect of proposed demolition), after " demolition order" insert " or obstructive building order ".

The above amendment to section 80 of the Building Act 1984 has effect from 1st April 1986.
