Electorate per constituency

The electorate of any constituency shall be—
a
no less than 95% of the United Kingdom electoral quota, and
b
no more than 105% of that quota.

This rule is subject to rules 4(2), 6(3) and 7.

In this Schedule the “ United Kingdom electoral quota ” means—F2
where U is the electorate of the United Kingdom minus the electorate of the constituencies mentioned in rule 6.
