65 Amendments of Child Abduction Act 1984.
In section 1(2)(b), (3)(a) and (5) of the M1Child Abduction Act 1984 (offence of abduction of child by parent etc.), for the words “a court in England and Wales” there shall be substituted the words “a court in the United Kingdom”.
