[F126(1)This paragraph amends the Companies (Northern Ireland Order 1986 as follows.
(2)In Article 303(3) (disqualification orders against directors of companies; meaning of “company"), after “Part XXI" thee shall be inserted “and a building society (within the meaning of the Building Societies Act 1986).".
(3)In Article 310(3) (provision against undischarged bankrupt acting as director, etc.; meaning of “company"), after “unregistered company" there shall be inserted “, a building society (within the meaning of the Building Societies Act 1986)".]
