8U.K.Where the business associate of the building society arranges for the provision of relevant insurance the requisite particulars of its business in any financial year are the following—
(a)the prescribed band within which falls the estimated aggregate of the amounts paid to it by the society or by way of commission by insurers in respect of relevant insurance effected by the society or by borrowers in compliance with the terms on which [F1loans] secured on land are made by the society; and
(b)the prescribed band within which falls the estimated aggregate amount of any fees paid to it by the society in consideration of the provision of [F2administrative services] to the society.
