The Coal Industry Act 1975
22Paragraph 5(3) of Schedule 1 to the [1975 c. 56.] Coal Industry Act 1975 (supplementary provisions relating to right to withdraw support) shall have effect as if the reference to a company or other body or person carrying on an undertaking primarily for the supply of gas for public purposes or to members of the public were a reference to a public gas supplier.
