The Secretary of State shall maintain a register of space objects.

There shall be entered in the register such particulars of such space objects F1(whether launched in the United Kingdom or elsewhere) as the Secretary of State considers appropriate to comply with the international obligations of the United Kingdom.

The Secretary of State shall ensure that the public can view the information in the register free of charge.
