In section 3(1) of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (meaning of " long tenancy "), in paragraph (b) of the proviso for " otherwise than by virtue of section 37A of the Housing Act 1980 (assignments by way of exchange) ", substitute " otherwise than by virtue of section 92 of the Housing Act 1985 (assignments by way of exchange) ".
