12In section 3(1) of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (meaning of “long tenancy”), in paragraph (b) of the proviso for “otherwise than by virtue of section 37A of the Housing Act 1980 (assignments by way of exchange)”, substitute “otherwise than by virtue of section 92 of the Housing Act 1985 (assignments by way of exchange)”.
