Sections 18 to 25 (limitation on service charges and requests for information about costs) do no apply to a service charge payable by the tenant of a F1dwelling the rent of which is registered under Part IV of the M1Rent Act 1977, unless the amount registered is, in pursuance of section 71(4) of that Act, entered as a variable amount.
