101 Minor definitions.E+W+S

In this Part—

  • [F4building society” means a building society within the meaning of the Building Societies Act 1986;]

  • financial year” means the period of 12 months ending with the 31st March;

  • highway”, in relation to Scotland, includes a public right of way;

  • subsidiary” has the meaning given by [F5section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006] .
