Nothing in the Rent Acts F1, or the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 (anaw 1) F2or Part I of the Housing Act 1988 prevents possession being obtained of a F3dwelling-house of which possession is required for the purpose of enabling a local housing authority to exercise their powers under any enactment relating to housing.
