412 Penalty for obstruction. E+W

(1) It is a summary offence for a person [F2 intentionally] to obstruct a person acting in the execution of this Part or of any byelaw or warrant made or issued under it.

(2) A person committing such an offence is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding [F3 level 3] on the standard scale.
