In section 21 of the M1Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1966—
a
in subsection (1) for the words “the Council” there shall be substituted the words “the borough council in whose borough the premises are situate”;

in subsection (3)(a) the words “the Council” shall be omitted;

In this section “borough council” includes the Common Council and “borough” shall be construed accordingly.
