SCHEDULE 16 U.K. Consequential Amendments

The Local Government Act 1972 (c.70) U.K.

4 For section 47(4) of that Act there shall be substituted—

“(4) For the purposes of subsection 1(b) and (c) above metropolitan and non-metropolitan districts are areas of a like description.”
