In section 1(3) of the [1981 c. 21.] Ports (Financial Assistance) Act 1981 (limit of £360 million on financial assistance to Port of London Authority and Mersey Docks and Harbour Company) for the words " £360 million " there shall be substituted the words " £500 million ".
