4U.K.The M1Diplomatic Privileges Act 1964 shall have effect as if in Schedule 1 to that Act references to a diplomatic agent included references to any person designated by the Government of the People’s Republic of China as a member of the Joint Liaison Group set up under paragraph 5 of the Declaration mentioned in section 1(2) of this Act.
