9E+W[F1 Notice of an application for an order under paragraph 4 above that relates to material that consists of or includes journalistic material ] may be served—
(a)on a body corporate, by serving it on the body’s secretary or clerk or other similar officer; and
(b)on a partnership, by serving in on one of the partners.
