The Police Complaints Authority
83 Establishment of the Police Complaints Authority.

There shall be an authority to be known as “the Police Complaints Authority” and in this Part of this Act referred to as “the Authority.”

Schedule 4 to this Act shall have effect in relation to the Authority.

The Police Complaints Board is hereby abolished.
