5B(1)Building regulations may, for the purpose of facilitating compliance with any requirement of building regulations in relation to any work to which building regulations are applicable—E+W
(a)impose duties on relevant persons in connection with the planning or management of the work;
(b)require relevant persons to co-operate with other relevant persons.
