In section 46—
(a)
in subsection (1) for the words “Part IV of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1960” there shall be substituted the words “Part V of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984”; and
(b)
in subsection (2) for the words “section 23(3) of the said Act of 1960” there shall be substituted the words “section 17(2) of the said Act of 1984”.
