32 In the [1978 c. 38.] Consumer Safety Act 1978—

(a) in paragraph (b) of the definition of "goods" in section 9 (4) and

(b) in paragraph (g)(i) of section 11,

for "section 135(1) of the Food and Drugs Act 1955" substitute " section 131(1) of the Food Act 1984 ".
