Health Services and Public Health Act 1968

13 In section 62 of the [1968 c. 46.] Health Services and Public Health Act 1968—

(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) omit " and in the Food and Drugs Act 1955 references to ships ", and

(ii) for "in each of those Acts" substitute " in that Act ";

(b) in subsection (2) for " for the references therein to the [1936 c. 49.] Public Health Act 1936 and the Food and Drugs Act 1955, there were substituted references respectively to " substitute "the reference to the Public Health Act 1936 included references to both ".
