In section 7(3), for “Section 84C(1) to (5) and (6) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1967” substitute “ Paragraphs 20 to 23, paragraph 24 (except so much of it as relates to appeals by district councils) and paragraph 25 of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ”, and for “subsections (1) and (5) of that section” substitute “ paragraphs 20(1) and 24(a) and (b) of that Schedule ”.
