40In section 29B(3) of the [1961 c. 64.] Public Health Act 1961 (which prevents interference with the apparatus or works of statutory undertakers), at the end there shall be inserted the words " or with any telecommunication apparatus kept installed, or works executed, for the purposes of a telecommunications code system. ".
