4The references to British Telecommunications in section 45 of the M1Telegraph Act 1863 and section 20 of the M2Telegraph Act 1868 (offences by employees of the Post Office or British Telecommunications consisting in delaying, divulging or intercepting messages) shall cease to have effect; and in the said section 45, for the words “to a penalty" there shall be substituted the words “on summary conviction to a fine".
