The Countryside Act 1968
48(1)In subsections (4) and (12) of section 41 of the [1968 c. 41.] Countryside Act 1968 (certain byelaws not to interfere with exercise of certain functions), at the end there shall be inserted the words " or with the running of a telecommunications code system or the exercise of any right conferred by or in accordance with the telecommunications code on the operator of any such system ".
(2)In paragraph 6 of Schedule 2 to that Act (saving for rights of statutory undertakers), at the end there shall be inserted the words " or to any right conferred by or in accordance with the telecommunications code on the operator of a telecommunications code system. ".
