4BU.K.Where a person makes an application for registration under section 3, 14A, 15, 15A or 19A of this Act [F2or where a specified state professional makes an application for registration under section 21B of this Act], the appropriate registrar, within the period of one month beginning with the date of receipt of the application, must—
(a)acknowledge receipt of the application; and
(b)inform the applicant of any missing document required for the purposes of the application.]
