140F1Notification of hospitals having arrangements for special cases.

It shall be the duty of F2every F3integrated care board and of F4... every F5Local Health Board to give notice to every local social services authority for an area wholly or partly comprised within the F6area of the F7F3integrated care board or F8... F5Local Health Board specifying the hospital or hospitals administered by F9or otherwise available F10to the F11F3integrated care board or F12... F5Local Health Board in which arrangements are from time to time in force

F13(a)

for the reception of patients in cases of special urgency;

(b)

for the provision of accommodation or facilities designed so as to be specially suitable for patients who have not attained the age of 18 years.
