SCHEDULE 5 U.K. Transitional and Saving Provisions

25 U.K. Nothing in this Act shall affect the operation of subsection (6) of section 112 of the Mental Health Act 1959 in relation to a charge created before the commencement of this Act by virtue of subsection (5) of that section.
