SCHEDULE 5 U.K. Transitional and Saving Provisions

23 U.K. For any reference in any enactment, instrument, deed or other document to a receiver under Part VIII of the Mental Health Act 1959 there shall be substituted a reference to a receiver under Part VII of this Act.
