SCHEDULE 4Consequential Amendments

In the [1973 c. 14.] Costs in Criminal Cases Act 1973—
a
in section 3(7) for the words from "under Part V" to " 1982" there shall be substituted the words " and an interim hospital order under Part III of the Mental Health Act 1983 " ; and
b
in section 18(1)(c) for the words "Part V of the Mental Health Act 1959" there shall be substituted the words " Part III of the Mental Health Act 1983 " .
