12 Consequential amendments and repeals.
(1)
The Acts specified in Schedule 2 to this Act shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in that Schedule.
(2)
The Acts specified in Schedule 3 to this Act are repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
