The F1Treasury may make regulations under this Act for any purpose for which regulations are authorised or required to be made thereunder.

Regulations under this Act may make different provision for cases of different descriptions.

Any power conferred by this Act to make regulations shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.

Any statutory instrument containing regulations under this Act F2, except regulations under section 21A(3), shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
