PART I The National Bus Company

7 Interpretation of Part I

In this Part of this Act—

• " the Bus Company " means the National Bus Company; and

• " subsidiary " shall be construed in accordance with section 154 of the [1948 c. 38.] Companies Act 1948 and " wholly owned subsidiary" shall be construed in accordance with section 150(4) of that Act.
