[F2 7 Interpretation of Part I. U.K.

In this Part of this Act—

• “the Bus Company” means the National Bus Company; and

• “subsidiary” shall be construed in accordance with [F3 section 736 of the Companies Act 1985]] and “wholly owned subsidiary” shall be construed in accordance with [F3 section 736(5)(b)] of that Act.
