F1Licensing and regulation of knife dealers
27MAppropriate licence required
Where a person carries on a business which—
(a)
by virtue of section 24 requires a second-hand dealer's licence; and
(b)
by virtue of section 27A requires a knife dealer's licence,
the person requires the appropriate licence in respect of each activity.
