27BApplications for knife dealers' licences: notice
(1)
A licensing authority must cause public notice to be given of every application made to them for the grant or renewal of a knife dealer's licence.
(2)
Sub-paragraph (8) of paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 applies to the giving of public notice under subsection (1) as it applies to the giving of public notice under sub-paragraph (7) of that paragraph.
