In section 32 (which relates to the reference of applications to the Secretary of State)—
a
in subsection (1), for the words from
“applications” to
“order” there shall be substituted the words
“any such application as is mentioned in section 23(2) of this Act
”
;
b
in subsection (4)—
i
the words “for planning permission”, in both places where they occur, shall cease to have effect ;
ii
for the words
“(2) and (7)” there shall be substituted the words
“(1)(f) and (h)
”
;
iii
after the word
“24”, there shall be inserted the words
“(2B), (2C), (2D) and (4)
”
; and
iv
the words “(1) to (3)” shall cease to have effect ; and
c
at the end there shall be added the following subsection—
