This Chapter, which supersedes paragraphs 6 to 14 of Schedule 5 to the M1Finance Act 1975, shall have effect in relation to events after 8th March 1982, but subject, in the case of any settlement which commenced before 27th March 1974, to the provisions of Schedule 15 to this Act.
