• — in Luxembourg: la Cour Supérieure de Justice when sitting as Cour de Cassation,

• — in Austria: the Oberste Gerichtshof, the Verwaltungsgerichtshof and the Verfassungsgerichtshof,

• — in the Netherlands: de Hoge Raad,
