5Short title and repeals.
(1)
This Act may be cited as the House of Commons Members' Fund and Parliamentary Pensions Act 1981.
(2)
The following provisions of Schedule 1 to the M1Parliamentary Pensions Act 1978 are repealed—
(a)
in paragraph 1(c) the words " and 22(2) (a) " ; and
(b)
paragraph 6.
