(1)Subject to subsection (2), [F2section 329 of the M1Town and Country Planning Act 1990]] and section 269 of the M2Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972 (which provide for the service of notices and other documents) shall apply to notices and other documents required or authorised to be served or given under this Act.
(2)[F3Subsections (2) and (3) of the said section 329] shall not apply to a notice required to be served under paragraph 2 of Schedule 14.
(3)This section shall not affect the operation of paragraph 2(4) of Schedule 11 or paragraph 3(4) of Schedule 15.
