34AMeaning of “appropriate conservation body”
In the following provisions of this Part “the appropriate conservation body” means—
(a)
in relation to England, Natural England;
(b)
in relation to Wales, F2the Natural Resources Body for Wales;
(c)
in relation to Scotland, Scottish Natural Heritage.
